30mm Air Vent for Camper Van Floor (possible gas dropout vent?)

This design centers around creating an air hole for a camper van's floor. The intended external diameter is 30mm and the tube itself measures 75mm in length. Note that I plan to utilize this design to line a drop-out hole within a gas bottle locker, but it shouldn't be considered a gas dropout vent without further clarification on safety standards.
