30A PSU Cover w/ Plug and Switch
thingiverse
I designed this for an upgraded 30A PSU I purchased for my Anet A8 enclosure. There are many similar products available, but they either lacked the switch screw holes, were too small, or didn't have a hole in the location I desired. It fits a standard format 30A PSU (Prusa i3, eTopxizu, etc.): https://www.amazon.com/eTopxizu-Universal-Regulated-Switching-Computer/dp/B00D7CWSCG I also included a standard IEC receptacle/fuse/switch combo: https://www.amazon.com/Inlet-Module-Switch-Socket-IEC320/dp/B00F4MFMXE A 10mm radius hole is provided to pass DC cables to fets, mainboard, etc. I printed in ABS and everything fits perfectly. Printing with supports is actually optional. I recommend no supports if your printer can handle bridging the switch gap with only a few sagging layers. That gap doesn't have to be super clean since it gets covered by the switch screw flange anyways.
