30A Power Supply Cover

30A Power Supply Cover

I needed a cover for my power supply and a spot to mount an emergency stop switch along with space for a digital display showing the voltage output. I had a specific part that houses the on/off switch and input power plug, so this cover was made specifically for those components. The power supply is for my MPCNC project (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:724999). Here's where I got the parts: Digital Display (note: I ordered it but haven't received it yet, hoping the measurements I included in the design will work): http://www.ebay.com/itm/381634963090 Power Switch and AC input: http://www.amazon.com/URBEST%C2%AEInlet-Module-Switch-Socket-IEC320/dp/B00ME5YAPK?ie=UTF8&psc=1 30A power supply: http://www.amazon.com/NEWSTYLE-Universal-Regulated-Switching-Computer/dp/B00MAC9MO6 Emergency Stop Switch: http://www.sears.com/unique-bargains-ac-660v-10a-40mm-red-sign/p-SPM2017090314?hlSellerId=29267&sid=IDx20110310x00001i&kpid=SPM2017090314&kispla=SPM2017090314&gclid=CjwKEAjwya-6BRDR3p6FuY2-u3MSJAD1paxTVYY_tkchD8c288bKIwH2AxeeeuEBt3Kack8ddTFLExoC-gHw_wcB Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 H3D Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .3mm Infill: 30% Notes: I printed in PLA but two corners pulled up on me, which doesn't usually happen. Maybe my temps were too high. I created this design in Sketchup.
