3030 Quarter Turn Fastener

I designed this for securing 3mm thick polycarbonate sheets to my hypercube evolution's 3030 extrusion to enclose it quickly. I drilled holes in the sheets using a 9/32" bit and smoothed them out until the fasteners would just fit through snugly. This way, they will stay securely in place when removing the panels. The design allows me to take on and off my printer's panels rapidly without needing any tools. If you make the holes too large, they can easily fall out and not hold the sheets as tightly. I had a few areas that turned out that way initially, but overall, they function well.
