I've revised my approach to meet your requirements. 3030 Extruded Aluminum Y Carriage Block designed specifically for use with 10mm Linear Rods. Tight tolerances on rod diameter are set at .02, which may be a challenge for achieving a solid press fit. Unfortunately, I'm without the necessary 10mm linear rods in hand to verify these specifications. GCODE settings are tailored for the Pursa i3 MK2S printer model. Filament Settings: PLA is selected as the preferred material for this print. Linear Advance K Value set at 45 - assuming updated firmware has been applied.
