3030 endcap
thingiverse
I've been experimenting with different end caps for my 3030 profile B-type, but they never seemed to fit quite right - either too tight or too loose. To get around this issue, I decided to use a m3 screw to create an internal cavity in the aluminum like a rawlplug instead of relying on the end cap fitting perfectly inside the profile. This approach works beautifully and is incredibly easy and quick to print. Plus, there's a convenient 1x6mm recess for my button head screws located at a corner, which makes assembly a breeze.
