<p>I went looking for a dust shoe design and I really didn’t like any I found - So I decided to make my own.</p><p>My Design goals were:</p><p>1/ Magnetically attached Base (use 5x4mm magnets)</p><p>2/ Must be able to use cheap bristle brush inserts (30-50mm tall bristles)</p><p>3/ Must be able to be installed after the CNC is set to the zero position (I made the end with a slot)</p><p>4/ Must look cool!</p><p> </p><p>There are 2 version of the Hose mount to suit different hose options - v3 works really well with the <a href="https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B00LPOUW2Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1">Powertec 70130 dust collection hose</a> from Amazon. I've also included an adapter that goes into the end of the hose and lets you use it with a regular household <a href="https://shopping.mercatos.com/en/vax-6151-sx-drum-vacuum-cleaner-12l-1500w-black-vacuum_pid3523337.html">Vax Vacuum cleaner</a>.</p>
