Here are some parts that I designed to upgrade the stability of the 3018 CNC ro be able to cut stronger materials. you will need to purchase some additional parts to make these upgrades work such as: 2-400mm 2020 "V" type extrusions MGN12 type or similar linear Rails with carriage Blocks 6inch to 18 inch (100mm to 400mm) Tr8x2 Lead Screw with T8 Brass Nut 6mm or 1/8 inch Aluminum or steel plate. M3 screws (length depends on thickness of mouthing plate. 1.5 inch 1/4-20 or metric equivalent bolts Lock washers tools you will need Hack saw taps for bolts and screws drill or drill press center punch C-clamp or vise Drill bits cut off tool or grinder wrenches that came with you CNC You will to print 2 of the Z axis brackets, the center is off by 2mm by design so make sure you align them properly. the Template is made for marking all of your holes for your plate. you will need 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and a 10mm drill bit and some filing.
