3018 CNC - redesign - major upgrades

This is my latest design upgrade for my 3018 CNC machine, which includes several significant improvements:- Spindle (52mm or 55mm Diameter) - A larger and more efficient spindle that enhances cutting performance.- Spoil (waste) board - A redesigned spoil board that reduces waste and improves overall accuracy.- Z axis range (45mm to 85mm) - An extended Z axis range that allows for more complex cuts and increased versatility.- Y axis range (180mm to 195mm) - A widened Y axis range that expands the machine's cutting capacity.- Elimination of loose gaps on all axes - Tighter tolerances across all axes result in improved milling precision.I conducted an aluminum cut test using my new spindle, relying solely on compressed air to clear away chips instead of water mist. The outcome was impressive, with minimal mess and significantly enhanced performance compared to the original spindle.
