3018 300/500w Spindle Controller Case

Just a simple case to hold and make safe(ish) the power supply for a common 3018 spindle ( 300w/500w) upgrade. This is designed to fit over a 98x50 ( +/- .5mm ) power supply. Remember, you are fiddling with MAINs voltage, it will KILL if not handled appropriately don't do anything with it plugged in. Everything is available on ebay and Amazon. ( it's not much more than a 1N4007 diode and resistor, maybe a fuse ;) ) Something suitable is here, but there are plenty out there if you do a quick search if you can't wait for mine: https://electronicsarea.com/light-emitting-diode-connected-to-120-240-vac/ Things to consider, cable retention, maybe a cable tie around the mains cable inside the box to prevent it being pulled out.
