3011 Carbine - .45 ACP

Based upon Ivan the Troll's 3011 Pistol, this carbine version features a slide shroud and external cocking handle. This is a reupload. I fixed a couple of issues and have made the model free. Thanks to JL in TX for printing and testing for me. Print the grip, receiver, cocking handle, bushing and shroud, and supply the remainder of the parts and voila, you have the only printable .45 ACP carbine available on the market. I suggest using 1/4"-20 UNC helical inserts for the shroud cover screw, and the pistol grip screw. The pistol grip is not a standard AR-15 pistol grip. To install the cocking handle, I recommend installing a #8 helical insert into the bushing. Otherwise, print at 100% density and tap directly into the material. Secure screw with Loctite or equivalent. You may wish to thicken the material in the area of the cocking handle depending what material you have, so I've included a .step file.
