300zx Z32 Lower Radiator Hose Pipe Clamp
thingiverse
A popular modification for the 1990-1996 Nissan 300ZX involves upgrading the lower radiator hose to a solid aluminum tube. Originally, this upgrade utilized a plastic clip to secure the lower hose in place, but many enthusiasts now opt for a zip tie instead. However, the use of a zip tie presents several drawbacks - it fails to provide a snug fit and lacks an appealing appearance. This innovative clip is specifically designed to be inserted between the front sway bar and the lower radiator hose, effectively securing them together with a secure snap-in mechanism. A zip tie still ties everything together within the channel cut into the exterior. This initial design is in its prototype phase and requires further refinement, testing, and improvements to achieve optimal performance. Comments and suggestions are highly encouraged. This design is tailored for a Z1 Radiator pipe and a Stillen sway bar. If you do not possess this exact equipment, fitment may vary significantly.
