300ZX Blend Door Geartrain

This set of gears is designed to replace broken ones in a 300ZX blend door actuator. It includes every gear in the geartrain except for the worm on the motor, which I couldn't extract to model. The pictures show a small puller that had to be made to remove the actuator arm intact. Due to the forces involved, I wouldn't suggest printing these gears in anything less than ABS or Nylon at 100% infill. They were printed in Taulman 910 instead. These gears are based on the Parametric Involute Bevel and Spur Gear library by GregFrost. As such, they're licensed under the Creative Commons - GNU LGPL 2.1 license. The source code is included in the thing, in the .scad file.
