This enclosure is designed specifically for shielding the main voltage and output connections of a standard 300W fanless power supply, like the one that can be easily found on eBay. This versatile unit is ideal for use with an Ormerod 1 or other 3D printers. \n\n Instructions You'll need to insert parts that fit precisely into this enclosure: • 12V 300W regulated power supply - these are readily available from various suppliers on eBay UK Snap-in switched and fused IEC mains inlet - use Maplin N94CZ for this purpose Indicator neon light - select the one made by Maplin BK54J You will also need to acquire a high-quality 20A Neutrik connector - choose the IEC C6A-JS model sold at Maplin or the A52QQ power out version along with its mating plug A48QQ. It's advisable to install countersunk screws, specifically one on the right-hand side of the enclosure for optimal results. However, consider a minor adjustment to fit different IEC mains inlets that combine a neon, switch, and fuse in a single unit, such as the Bulgin BZH01/Z0000/02 which can be sourced from Farnell or other suppliers. Note that these require adjusted cutout dimensions within the enclosure's design. The official 20A Neutrik connector, featuring part number NAC3MPB-1 along with its corresponding plug NAC3FCB are also available on Farnell, should you prefer those for added efficiency and quality in your power supply connections.
