I tried a few other 30 x 100 spool holder designs, but I needed something that printed as a single part, was specifically designed for the Replicator 2, made it simple to load and unload spools and held them firmly in place. UPDATE If you're experiencing issues with corners lifting off, I have uploaded another version (wRafts) with tear-off ear rafts to increase surface area and improve adhesion. This spool holder was designed using an ACIS solid in Shark FX (sfx file included), ensuring it behaves well with Makerware, ReplicatorG and skeinforge.
