I'm assembling the components for a custom gear ratio of 3:1 for my do-it-yourself hard top winch on my Jeep Wrangler, with images to follow once it's completed. I've modified the design based on the original concept from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1516585). To assemble this custom gear ratio, you'll need to select the following options: * Drill hole diameter (d_hole) = 9 * Lower teeth count (l_teeth) = 3 * Middle teeth count (n_teeth) = 30 * High gear teeth count (h_gear) = 7 * Drive gear teeth count (d_gear) = 37 * Wide teeth count (w_teeth) = 7
