Here are the rewritten instructions: Print 30 teeth MXL plotter pulley for low-cost 3D printer drive with pulleys at 8€/4meters. Instructions: Print at 0.15mm layer height and 90% infill, considering melt plastic distortions in the drawing. I printed three at a time since I don't use a fan, and they work perfectly. The MXL_pulley version 2 has a distance of 0.3mm between teeth. If you have trouble with v1, try printing v2. I added a belt splitter too. If you don't like the 10mm belt, split it into 7mm belts by printing two parts, coupling them, and fitting the belt in. Then insert a sharp object, leaving three spaces for 5mm, 7mm, or 9mm wide belts. You can use these 3-meter belts at http://goo.gl/yhyfp for only 8€!
