I had incorporated a M8 threaded reverse bowden tube holder into the Z_cap part for the Ratrig V-Minion….

I was asked by a friend to make it movable along the Z_profile…

The idea behind using M8 threaded part, was to use the M8 part removed from the Dragonfly hotend in the V-Minion Full Kit

This is what I tried to do with this part

Use a M6x12mm caphead screw/bolt and drop-in t-nut for mounting to Z_column.

******NOTE******

The M8 threads were a little tight….. A M8 bolt will fit without using a tap to clean threads but, I needed to chase the threads with a tap to make it so I could screw the DragonFly Bowden M8 fitting in by hand.

Ver. 3 changed the raised boss that fits in the profile slot….changed to a chamfer where the bolt fastens to the profile

Also added the Fusion360 file

8-15-22 **** added three more .stl's……. two of the .stls are parts with looser fitting threaded holes and a test part .stl with three threaded holes labeled 0 1 2….. 0 = original part, 1 = plus 1 part, and 2 = plus 2 part

***** Print the Test Block and check the thread fit of the three test threads and choose the one that fits the best and print the model associated with the best fitting thread

Link for the Z_cap model

https://www.printables.com/model/164052-v-minion-z_cap-modified-with-a-m8-reverse-bowden
