Summary When printing the E3D-v6 fan shroud in PLA, I encountered difficulty mounting it without causing damage. To overcome this issue, I created a new design with increased tolerances and eliminated the curved section that clips onto the heatsink. As a result, a zip tie must be used to secure the shroud in place.
