This is an interesting bottle, it has a double cap system.The outer cap serves as a measuring cup for some medicine, the inner cap is the dispenser.We modeled it after one we got our hands on for a similar project. We changed the threads to standard sizes.The bottle looks easy, but it has its tricks when modeling it.
