The Hesine 505 printer features a blower positioned at a 90-degree angle to the Extruder, making it extremely challenging to create custom blower nozzles. The OEM Blower nozzle is engineered to impose a restriction that severely limits airflow. This modification adjusts the Blower angle to a more accessible 30 degrees, allowing users to easily experiment with multiple blower nozzle styles. Additionally, the nozzle design has been optimized to enhance airflow performance. Assembly requires attaching the base to the existing blower mount using M3 x .5 x 8mm socket head cap screws. The blower mount plate is secured to the base via two 2-56 x .250" screws. Next, the blower is attached to the mount plate with M4 Nylon screws (tap the plate for M4). Finally, the nozzle connects to the mount plate using two 2-56 x .250" socket head cap screws; detailed assembly instructions can be found in "assembly1 and 2". As a result of this modification, users may need to decrease their blower output to achieve optimal performance. Enjoy!
