30 Amp Power Supply (PSU) Underslung mounting

Continuing on my quest for an IKEA Lack enclosure, I decided it would be better to mount the PSU outside of the printer enclosure to keep it cool effectively. To achieve this goal, I set out to design a custom mounting solution that would cover up the terminal block and prevent the supply cable from sticking out sideways. The existing solutions around me weren't quite what I was looking for. I started by remixing an existing design - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2149707, Anet A8 Replacement PSU Cover LH-360W by Sparkyman1 - to create my own version of the terminal cover end. This design is a good starting point, but I found that the lugs that locate into the PSU vent slots were protruding too far, causing problems with brittle materials like PLA when fitting and removing them. To fix this issue, I reduced the protrusion of these lugs and added some mounting holes to enable the supply to be screwed onto the bottom of the Lack table securely. I also enlarged the design for depth to provide a slight clearance between the surface and the power supply body, making it easier to fit and remove the PSU while improving cooling. The non-terminal end of the bracketry was scratch-designed to remain permanently attached to the mounting surface. To remove the PSU for maintenance, simply undo the two wood-screws from the terminal cover end and slide the PSU out of the non-terminal end bracket. The mounting holes are designed to accommodate countersunk 5mm diameter woodscrews. I recommend drilling a 2mm pilot hole into the bottom of the Lack table top before screwing in the woodscrews. There are two versions of the switch cover available - one with a hole for cable entry and another with a slot for pre-wired installations.
