This 3D model originated from a Sketchup 8 file and was successfully exported into all other prominent 3D formats. Its native format remains .skp while the accompanying 3dsmax scene was built in 3ds Max 2016 with a Vray 3.00 rendering engine. The intricate design reflects a precise replica of the erstwhile World Trade Center's original iteration which Marriott took up under lease starting from its inauguration year, 1981. Although this iconic building eventually fell victim to disaster after it was engulfed by rubble following the collapse of the nearby South Tower (also known as the Twin Towers' southern component) during that infamous 9/11 catastrophe.
