I collect unusual items, which is why I've created over 200 Buddha remixes. While browsing, I stumbled upon cane/walking stick toppers that caught my eye and seemed like a great opportunity for more remixes (and finished sticks). You can craft an impressive solid oak walking stick for around $7. In addition to your chosen printed topper, you'll need a 1" oak dowel, which costs about $6 at Home Depot, and a pack of four 1" rubber leg tips for about $4. If you want to use it for a different size stick, simply adjust accordingly. I print my toppers with 20% infill and then coat them with a two-part epoxy resin to achieve a deep gloss and added strength. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BM9LHRB Just print the topper, apply your desired adhesive (I use some of my leftover two-part resin for the final topper coat), and glue it to the finished dowel. You'll end up with an impressive walking stick – or more if you're into collecting like I am.
