Update: After a grueling 120 hours, the bottom finally printed at 2.5mm/ 5mm wall thickness. To avoid tedious sanding, I printed both models at 101% scale since I forgot to account for tolerances. For those who don't need additional base extensions, I'll create a top-speaker-only version, as it delivers remarkable sound quality at an affordable price. This 3-way speaker enclosure is designed to rival the B&W Nautilus, but in a compact desktop size and without the hefty $60,000 price tag. The snug fit of the speakers requires only a slight 1-3% increase in size for easier printing, eliminating the need for sanding. I'll post pictures of the completed cabinet and sound recording once everything is printed, along with the crossover schematic and BOM.
