3-way elbow connector
thingiverse
Theoretically, this model creates a secure connection point for three 16 mm pipes. Nevertheless, as 3D print holes usually contract, it can be a loose or even snug fit for 15 mm pipes - depending on your printer's specifications. Therefore, try measuring carefully. If you have pipes with varying diameters, you can proportionally scale this model to meet their needs. A vital note: Avoid forcing the pipes into the horizontal holes, as it may cause the layers to separate. Trust me, I know firsthand how frustrating that experience can be. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Notes: This model boasts 1.6 mm walls, so if you have a printer with a 0.4 mm nozzle and set the shell thickness to 0.8 mm in your slicer, then you will achieve solid walls around the holes. You can print this model without supports, but in that case, you may encounter some hanging material within the horizontal holes where the nozzle printed in mid-air. This might be acceptable depending on your intended use. For me, it helped to achieve a snug fit for 15 mm pipes.
