Human: This is a quick project to convert old incandescent bulb devices like flashlights or torches into LED lights, taking about nine minutes to print each one with support. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Deltaprintr Printer: Deltaprintr Kit Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: My wife adored her old magnetic flashlight with an incandescent bulb and there were others lying around, so rather than sending them to the landfill, I printed this housing in which you insert a LED light with the + positive leg usually on the inside and the -negative leg on the outer side. Then if your terminals are correctly aligned for power flow, simply bend the legs a little to secure them in place and contact where the old bulb would have received power, giving your old flashlight new life. In the images, you can see the red flashlight has two LEDs, one violet and one white, demonstrating it working, and you can choose any color you like (Floyd-style). With this one running on D cells, anyone care to tell me how long it will last? The print is oriented correctly to print well as it is, resembling a mushroom shape. I recommend printing with a 10mm brim for stability and adhesion. I used ABS for this run with ABS juice for adhesion on a heated bed.
