On Dec 22nd, 2013, the studio successfully raised $700AUD ($28K PHP) which was donated to Red Cross Australia. The project is still open for participation and they thank everyone who supported them. On Dec 4th, they encouraged people to share their versions and hand-painted pins. Their aim was to raise funds for Typhoon Haiyan victims through a unique design and 3D printing. They created a pin symbolizing the Filipino spirit of "bayanihan" which means community unity. The pins are designed to be easily printable by any FDM 3D printer worldwide using 1.75mm white PLA filament. Participants can donate their raised funds to any charity assisting Typhoon Haiyan victims and inform the studio of the amount for tracking the project's success. The studio provides a print guide as a reference.
