I've personally designed, created, and rigorously tested these wheels, and they're incredibly tough and durable. I utilized my FDM 3D printer with the following settings: Material: High-quality nylon filament, 1.75mm in diameter, weighing 1kg Temperatures: Set to a precise 250°C for the hotend and 60°C for the bed Print speed: Maintained at a consistent 40mm/s Infill percentage: Maxed out at 100% to ensure maximum strength and durability Layer height: Optimized to a precise 0.1mm Support type: Strategically set to touch only the build plate, minimizing waste I've found that white nylon tends to absorb stains easily, so I reserve it exclusively for shelf queen displays. These wheels are meticulously designed to fit any 12mm hex hub on 1:10 scale RC cars, including the Tamiya TRF419X and other on-road/touring cars with a 12mm hub setup.
