I've personally designed, crafted, and rigorously tested these rugged wheels to ensure they're incredibly tough & durable. To produce them, I utilized my FDM 3D printer with the following settings: Material: High-quality Nylon, 1.75mm diameter, weighing in at 1kg Temps: A precise temperature of 250°C for the nozzle and 60°C for the bed Print speed: A swift 40mm/s to achieve optimal results Infill percentage: A robust 100% to guarantee maximum strength & durability Layer height: An ultra-fine 0.1mm to minimize rough edges Support type: I opted for a minimalistic approach, with support only touching the build plate As an added note, white nylon tends to absorb a significant amount of staining, so I've reserved these wheels exclusively for showcasing on my shelf queen displays. These wheels are designed to seamlessly fit any 12mm hex hub found in 1:10 scale rc cars, including the Tamiya TRF419X and other on-road/touring cars boasting a 12mm hub setup.
