I've seen a similar design here, but I'm not calling this a remix because I started from scratch on mine. Stand uses existing packaging sleeves from Vertuoline boxes. A single 608 bearing can be "knocked" in to create a freely spinning base by pressing the "base bottom" onto that. To be honest, the bearing is optional if smooth spinning isn't crucial for you...and if spinning isn't necessary at all, you don't need the "base bottom" either. The "keeper tip" was designed to add stability to the sleeves when in the stand (trust me, this makes a huge difference) and the spikes on the keeper tip are to keep everything contained within the desired radius, possibly needing sharpening depending on your printer.
