Always needed a holder for the solder reel to free up one hand while using the iron with the other, but not having a third hand to steady the work itself. It then seemed like a good idea to expand the design to fit a couple more reels, allowing for multiple reels per spindle when considering the narrower width of some reels. The stacked arrangement means that the fully-loaded footprint with baseplate is about 115mm x 200mm wide and height is 200mm, or around 100mm wide without the baseplate. This setup enables several types of solder to be stored in a single dispenser on three 20mm Dia, 100mm wide spindles: low & normal temperature melt, various gauges from 0.3mm to 1mm thick, and lead-free or leaded options. The unit's sides allow for locating solder and flux paste syringe(s) in their assisting holder(s), just like the one available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3568539. With holes on either side at the top for a handle to carry or relocate the holder, everything is more manageable and readily available in one place. It all weighs around 2-3kg when loaded with solder reels and paste syringes.
