This 3-point leveling bed carriage is designed to accept Misumi LMUW8 linear bearings (or equivalents), which you press into open shafts in corners. These linear bearings ride on 8mm linear shafts for z-axis travel, while the center accepts a nut for an 8mm lead screw. To set up this system, you need to print two of these carriages. To properly use the 3-point leveling provided by these carriages, form opposing triangles with your hardware so that one triangle tightens the bed down towards the carriages, and the other three bolts/screws simply provide support after leveling has been achieved by the other set of three that clamp the bed down. The springs I'm using in pictures to support 1/4" MIC 6 plates are McMaster part number 9657K311. Main hardware is M3 size bolts. This system works very well with my belted linked lead screw drive, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2063609. The original bed carriage idea was developed by Maks Zolin for the Voron CoreXY project at https://github.com/mzbotreprap/VORON
