3-piece Quad Skate Plate for Rollerskates Roller Skate

This is a three-piece plate for quad skates that's specifically designed to be used with a Riedell R3 size 9 boot and equivalent in size to a Powerdyne Thrust size 7 plate. The reason this plate comes in three pieces is because my printer lacks the large print area needed to make it as one piece. Additionally, the separate middle section makes it easier to resize the plate by shrinking or stretching it if needed. This should be considered an experimental or recreational grade plate since it's lighter but likely not as strong, rigid, or durable as a factory-made plate. This plate is held together with two round head #10-24 4-inch bolts and nuts. If you shorten the middle section, you can also use shorter bolts. The hardware used on this plate matches that of the Powerdyne Thrust plate, including kingpins, pivot cups, trucks, and toe stop inserts. Both the kingpins and pivot cups are at a 15-degree angle. The photos above show v11 of this design, with a few small changes made for the attached v12 files. I finally got around to testing these plates out on a pair of skates for about 20 minutes, taking it easy with no jumps or aggressive moves. They worked just fine. Toe Stop Clearance: The toe stop is positioned slightly closer to the front axle than on the Powerdyne Thrust plate. I found that there was very little clearance between the front wheels and the toe stop after assembling this (the larger one is a Crazy Big Bloc toe stop). This can be avoided by using a narrower toe stop.
