This is a custom hinge designed to address a specific issue on my LACK-based enclosure. The goal was to keep all hardware, including hinges, magnets, and brackets, concealed from view within the enclosure's interior, maintaining an unbroken exterior line. To achieve this, I wanted the front acrylic panel to seal snugly inside its designated slot, allowing for effortless tilting of the hinge without any binding issues on the side. This particular hinge is equipped with m3 screws all around, or drywall/sheet metal screws that can be driven directly into the leg itself. Considering the weight of the acrylic sheet, I'm planning to use three of these hinges to distribute the load evenly and prevent screw stripping.
