3-path dice tower base with openlock dungeon tile texture
thingiverse
I finally built the foundation for my 3-path dice tower v.2, and it's a major game-changer. No more dice flying everywhere! I went with a gothic arch theme for the retaining wall, and I'm absolutely obsessed with the cut stone dungeon tiles by devonjones - they're perfect with the OpenLock connector option. So, I made sure my base included those features too. The connector clip is easy to find in this link. I used Autodesk Fusion 360 exclusively for this project. To make it even easier to remix, I've included the .f3d file. You'll love it! To take things to the next level, I'm also uploading the .stl into my 3-path dice tower page. Update: The fence and opening now have a brick-like texture that looks amazing. Another update: I've quartered the base for smaller printer beds, and added OpenLock holes so they can be locked together seamlessly. One more update: Check out this poorly-shot video of the tower & base in action - it's here.
