Boyscout woggle knot mandrel. Insert 1/8" pins into holes (use 1/2"-3/4" lengths of cut 1/8" dowels or print pin.stl file), then follow pattern with cord strand. Once complete, remove pins and knot slides off. Double or triple the knot by following around again with cord (leave on mandrel for best results). Cut dowels are even more reliable than printed ones.
