3 Part Infinity Tournament Tray
thingiverse
This is my first pass of a three-part infinity tournament tray. It includes a tray to carry miniatures, a bits and token tray, and an overall container that can serve as a nice dice tray. The two trays snap into each other to hold firmly in place, utilizing eight 8mm x 2mm disc magnets, four 3mm by 2 mm magnets, and four 3mm x 3mm magnets. You must print each rail file twice, as they are glued into the side of the case to function as guide rails. Print all files, then align the large rail file on top of the edges of the token bin, gluing it to the container. Repeat this process for both sides, then place the model tray on top and glue the smaller rails onto its edges. These rails ensure that the trays only slide in and out, not up and down. I designed this for a CR10 but have included the .stp files so you can slice and dice it to your liking. I recommend being cautious with the print and using a brim because warping of the far corners will impact how everything fits together. Lastly, the tray itself works perfectly as a standalone container for 25mm, 40mm, and 55mm bases.
