A Custom Deckbox for Unsleeved EDH MTG Decks The laser cut deckbox design gets a modified version that accommodates an unsleeved Commander (EDH) deck from Magic: The Gathering. It's next on the agenda to adapt it to double-sleeved decks. Preparation Mark 3 mm plywood where the red lines are located and proceed to make precise cuts. Assemble all pieces securely by applying glue between each one, creating a cohesive unit. For a waterproof seal and closure, epoxy is added around magnets, ensuring tight contact, and secure fastening. Washers are positioned under magnets for stability during gluing process, also ensuring that parts of box stay securely locked into place when they make their magnetic union. An alternative design option allows you to stain or finish your box after gluing and before epoxy application for extra aesthetics.
