For printing, set build_plate_selector to 1, have a single hole with wing width of 18, hinge height of 12, outside diameter of 6 and hole diameter of 2. The wing thickness is 2mm, vert support is turned off (0=No), tolerance is 1, cl is 42, inside diameter is 3 and support thickness is 0.4. You will need 7 supports and the hinge pieces are 4 in number.
