3" Mailer - 3-piece Nosecone

3-Piece 3:1 ogive nosecone design for 3" mailer tubes. May require small adjustments to scaling for the tubes you may have. I designed this for an upscale Kraken, but can be used for anything you'd like. Essentially, fits 80mm OD, 76mm ID tubes as designed. Pieces assemble with bulkhead on shoulder that goes into base of the cone. Epoxy it all together. The shoulder does not go in too far. I need to refine the design to fit more shoulder in, but it's solid once epoxied together. PETG used to print, probably fine with other materials. Holes in bulkhead allow for eye bolts, or tapping to allow removable nose weight via 1/4 bolt or to tie a loop of kevlar shock cord...whatever.
