Solve z-axis wobble by improving coupler alignment. For the initial prototype, refer to sky blue coupling pictures. To implement this solution, drill dimples in 3 sides of an M8 nut and secure it tightly onto your z rod with another nut. Populate the coupling with 3 m3 nuts in captive slots and insert the z rod, securing it with 3 m3 bolts/screws in dimples on M3 nut. Attach the rod to the z motor like standard Prusa coupling. Adjust 3 screws manually for alignment perfection. Periodically check if coupling loosens over time and tighten screws as needed. Happy printing!
