3 Jaw Chuck for Power Tool
thingiverse
I really loved buho29's 3 Jaw Chuck, but it was missing a crucial mounting system. So I rebuilt my own version close to his in Fusion 360, and modified the base plate to have a precise 7.2 mm hole for my small power tool. Next, I changed the holes to accommodate three screws instead of two, ensuring a rock-solid connection. Lastly, I created alternative jaws with clear markings on each one as well as the chuck itself. Unfortunately, these new jaws can't be swapped directly with buho's original design. Revision History: v1: The first complete rendition was done. v1.1: I made some adjustments to the backplate mounting holes, changing them from 7.2 mm to 7.4 mm, thickened the central shaft, added more regular knurling, and even included pin holes for a 1mm wire, allowing for better vise tightening.
