3 inch speaker with 3/4 tweeter.

I'm tinkering with a 3-inch buyout speaker from Parts Express and an ND20FB-4 tweeter. This is my preliminary result - everything fits together seamlessly at this point. I'm actively working on this project, as well as building an IKEA desk mount. The crossover will depend on the drivers used; unfortunately, the 3-inch speaker I purchased is no longer available. To get started, I'll be testing this setup actively crossed over as a preliminary for my car audio project. Print Settings: Printer: i3 clone Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: Any Infill: 50%+ Notes: You probably want to use solid infill at 50% or higher. Use supports on the woofer, and the rest should be able to get by without.
