This was an experimental project that has become one of my favorite quads. Initially intended to be a 2s Li-Ion cruiser, I have found that a light 450mah 4s battery really lets this guy scream. A gentle flight. a not so gentle flightBe sure to take standard precautions when testing. the nature of a plastic frame causes vibrations to resonate. Turn up the filtering before trying to fly and have the disarm covered. My initial arm, it jumped 6 feet in the air. Once I found the right mix of filters and PIDs, it has been a reliable craft. Rigid pieces are all printed in ABS, but any technical filament should work. I chose ABS so I could fuse parts using acetone. side covers if you choose to use them differ in how they attach to the standoffs. They also serve to insulate the outrigger short standoff. they are completely optionalFiles in the alternate folder are mods I have tried, some have become my primary, such as the top plate with a battery strap cutout.
