<p>This gantry allows me to apply fill and clear coat on lures that I am working on. If you need to do bulk type operations on parts that can hang, while spinning on a turn table or such, this might be helpful for you too.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print the two large frames (they are identical.)</p> <p>The cross bar with the J hooks on it could use a 3mm brim. As loaded, the model will print, but the cross bar tends to warp due to it's round profile on the main bar. I got a full print of all three parts out of it and bent the bar back while it was still warm. Advise to print the cross bar separate, or add a brim and print all three.</p> <p>Comes out fine in 3mm draft - it's not art work after all.</p> <p>Once printed, use a file and coax the rounded ends on the cross bar into the rounded holes. For smaller or rounder-hooks, I used a file to streamline the J hooks before final assembly.</p>
