3-Hole Punch Cam Clip

We needed our 3-hole paper punch to function at full capacity, but it was falling short due to a missing cam - only punching two holes instead of three as intended. To fix the issue, I designed and created a replacement part from scratch using Tinkercad. The hole punch in question appears to be a J.Burrows brand, although we're not entirely sure. Given its age and heavy use, it's likely that many other similar devices have experienced part failures like ours.
