3" Heat Exchanger Cover

This is a boat heat exchanger cover for a 3" diameter model. Heat exchangers will expose this piece to high water temperatures in excess of 220 degrees. My original end caps were made of brass, and both had cracked over the years. This model is a stop gap until I have new red metal replacements. I would only use this part as an emergency piece. I printed this in PETG, solid the first 5mm, and 20% infill after that. I made the gasket out of EVA craft foam. I originally made a seal out of TPU but that leaked.
