The 3-DOF Hover features a spherical base with four spinning rotors. This structure is supported by a three-axis gimbal, allowing the entire system to pivot freely about its roll, pitch, and yaw axes. Four high-torque DC motors power the rotors, which are strategically positioned at the corners of the sphere to create a stable lift force that enables direct control over pitch and roll movements.
