3-D Printed Puzzle

We designed and built a challenging 3-D printed puzzle, requiring our team to conceive an innovative concept for a four-piece puzzle, model each part in OnShape, and assemble the parts together seamlessly. Although we encountered several obstacles along the way, we successfully overcame them by implementing a crucial tolerance of 0.5mm into the sliders, ensuring smooth interaction between the pieces. A major design challenge arose when our team initially struggled to define the puzzle's intent. To resolve this issue, we experimented with numerous options until we finally settled on a design that met our objectives. With our design vision now clear, I proudly present our completed 3-D printed puzzle for your consideration.
